At comfiroom, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to enjoy your seating with confidence, so we’re happy to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all our products, ensuring that they meet our high standards of excellence.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

We stand behind our products and offer comprehensive coverage for all components, including materials, foam, frame parts, and mechanisms (including motorized components) from defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential indoor use.

What’s Covered?

Materials – We guarantee that your seating’s fabrics and upholstery are free from manufacturing defects. Note that natural fabric fading, shrinking, or stretching, as well as the markings and texture changes in leather, are not covered, as they reflect the authentic character of the material.

Foam & Frame Parts – Your seating's foam and frame are covered for one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. Keep in mind that foam compression over time is natural and not covered by this warranty.

Mechanisms & Functional Parts – We cover reclining mechanisms, USB ports, and other motorized features for one year from the date of delivery against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered?

Normal Wear & Tear – This includes fabric fading, minor scratches, or the softening of cushions, all of which naturally occur with regular use.

Improper Use or Accidents – Damage caused by misuse, spills, accidents, improper maintenance, or abnormal use will void the warranty.

Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs – Any changes or repairs made by someone other than our authorized service team will invalidate the warranty.

Commercial or Outdoor Use – Our warranty applies only to residential use within indoor settings. If used commercially or outdoors, the warranty is void.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
