Our plan is designed to provide additional protection against common accidents and wear and tear. Please review the following details for complete information on our extended warranty plan.

Coverage Details:

Accidental Damage:

Rips, Tears, Burns, and Punctures – No

Seam Slippage and Breakage – Yes

Frames, Springs, and Mechanisms – Yes

Structural and Operational Defects – Yes

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. The extended warranty plan must be purchased at the same time as the furniture.
  2. Coverage begins on the delivery date and lasts for the period specified in your warranty documentation.

Maintenance:

  1. Regular maintenance and proper care of your furniture are required to maintain coverage.
  2. Please follow the care instructions provided with your furniture.

Transferability:

  1. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the furniture.

Cancellation:

  1. The warranty can be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as no claims have been made.
  2. After 30 days, cancellations are subject to a prorated refund based on the remaining coverage period.
