1. Is comfiroom seating made with real leather?
Yes. comfiroom seating uses top grain leather on the seating surface, because comfort starts with the material your body touches every day.
Real leather has a natural texture and a smoother, more skin-friendly touch compared with many synthetic upholstery materials. It feels less plasticky and more breathable during long sitting, movie nights, and everyday reclining.
That is why comfiroom focuses on real leather comfort seating. We believe a better seating experience begins with how the material feels against the body — smooth, natural, and comfortable for the way people relax at home.
2. Will the seat cushions hold their shape over time?
Yes. comfiroom seating is built for comfort that lasts beyond the first sit.
The cushions are made to maintain their bounce and support for up to 15 years under normal home use, so the seat still feels supportive through movie nights, game days, family room lounging, and everyday downtime.
That long-term support is part of the comfiroom idea: real leather seating made not just to look good in your room, but to stay comfortable in the way you actually live.

3. How does comfiroom deliver large home theater seating so quickly?
comfiroom ships from 7 warehouses across the United States, so your order can be sent from the available warehouse closest to your delivery address.
Most orders arrive within 7 days, with free shipping included for customers in the contiguous United States.
Because home theater seating is large and heavy, delivery is handled by freight carriers. Weather, carrier scheduling, remote areas, or appointment availability may affect the final delivery time.
4. Will my seats ship together or separately?
For multi-seat orders, each seat ships as its own large package with its own tracking number.
Your boxes may not arrive at the exact same time, even when they are part of the same order. One seat may arrive earlier, and another may arrive a day or two later depending on the carrier route and local delivery schedule.
This is normal for large furniture shipments. If one package has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact comfiroom support with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll help check it with the carrier.
5. Where will my order be delivered?
comfiroom home theater seating is large furniture, so delivery is handled by freight carriers.
Depending on your address, driveway access, carrier route, and local delivery policy, the carrier may deliver the boxes to your curbside area, driveway, front door, garage, or another accessible first-floor delivery point.
This is not white-glove room-of-choice delivery. Freight drivers usually do not move large furniture upstairs, into basements, through tight hallways, or into a specific room inside the home.

6. How much weight can each seat support?
Each comfiroom seat supports up to 350 lbs.
A single two-armrest seat weighs about 133 lbs. That weight comes from the alloy steel frame, reclining system, dual motors, leather upholstery, cushioning, armrests, storage, lighting, and built-in controls.
The result is a seat that feels steady when you sit down, recline, or return to your favorite position.
7. Does each seat have its own controls?
Yes. Each seat has its own control panel, so every person can adjust their seat without changing anyone else’s position.
Each seat uses two motors. One motor controls the headrest angle, while the other controls the main reclining movement of the backrest and footrest.
This lets you adjust your viewing angle, upper-body support, and leg position separately for movies, sports, gaming, or everyday relaxation.
8. How does the memory button work?
The memory button lets you save your favorite seating position and return to it later.
First, adjust the recline and headrest to the position you like. Press the memory button once to save that position. The next time you want to return to it, press and hold the memory button for about 2 seconds, and the seat will move back to your saved position.
A quick press saves the current position. A long press returns the seat to the saved position.
9. Is a tray table included with the seat?
Yes. Both the Classic Series and Simple Series include a swivel tray table.
The tray table stores inside the armrest storage compartment and can be used for snacks, remotes, phones, tablets, or small items you want close by during a movie night.
When you do not need it, simply store it back inside the armrest to keep the seating area clean.
10. What is the difference between the Classic Series and Simple Series?
The Classic Series has five color options: black, gray, blue, brown, and red. It includes a Zero Gravity position with a maximum recline of 150 degrees and needs about 9 inches of wall clearance.
The Simple Series has three color options: black, gray, and orange. It uses a cleaner seat design and needs about 5 inches of wall clearance.
Both series use real leather and include individual seat controls, dual motors, cup holders, armrest storage, USB and Type-C charging, lighting, and a swivel tray table.
11. When would I use the Zero Gravity position?
Zero Gravity is useful when you want to lean back further, raise your legs, and take a more relaxed break without leaving your seat.
During a movie, you may prefer a smaller reclining angle for watching the screen. When the movie pauses, during halftime, between episodes, or after a long day, the Classic Series can recline up to 150 degrees for a more laid-back resting position.
It gives you another way to use the same seat — not only for watching, but also for stretching out, resting, and enjoying quiet downtime.
12. Will the seats fit through my doorway, and how does assembly work?
comfiroom seats ship with the backrest and seat base separated, which makes the large chair easier to move through doorways, hallways, and room entrances.
The minimum doorway width shown in our fit guide is 25.8 inches, which fits most standard U.S. doorways. We still recommend measuring your doorway, hallway, stair turn, and room entrance before delivery.
Assembly takes two main steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring.
Care & Support
13. How should I care for the leather?
For daily care, wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and light surface marks.
If spills happen, clean them quickly with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking the leather, using bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, or harsh chemicals. Keep the seating away from long periods of direct sunlight or direct heat whenever possible.

14. What should I check when my order arrives?
When your order arrives, please check the boxes before opening them. If you notice visible damage, take clear photos of the packaging before unpacking.
After opening the boxes, check the seat, power cord, tray table, control panel, lighting, reclining movement, and other included parts.
If anything appears damaged, missing, or not working properly, contact comfiroom support with your order number, photos or videos, and a short description. We’ll help review the issue and provide the next step.
